Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Billzo platform. These terms govern your access to and use of Billzo's parcel management and billing services. By accessing or using Billzo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Billzo platform — whether as a registered user, administrator, or guest — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply to all users of the platform including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Description of Service

Billzo is a parcel management and billing platform designed for courier partners and logistics operators. The platform provides the following core services:

• Parcel Management: Tools to add, organize, track, and manage parcel records and delivery statuses.
• Billing Generation: Automated invoice and bill generation based on parcel data and configurable pricing rules.
• Parcel Scanning: Barcode and QR code scanning functionality to rapidly capture and populate parcel data.
• Reporting & Export: Data export and reporting features for billing summaries and parcel records.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access the full features of Billzo, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration and keeping it up to date.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying us immediately at flatandmates@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Billzo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to:

• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent parcel or billing information.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the platform.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the service without our express written permission.

Parcel Data & Billing Accuracy

Billzo provides tools to help you manage parcel data and generate billing records. However:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the parcel data you enter or scan into the system.
• Bills and invoices generated by Billzo are based on the data you provide. We are not responsible for billing errors arising from inaccurate input data.
• You should review all generated invoices carefully before sharing them with customers or third parties.
• Billzo does not process financial payments; it is a billing record and invoice generation tool only.

Intellectual Property

The Billzo platform, including its design, software, features, text, graphics, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of Billzo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the platform.

Your data (parcel records, billing information) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of the data you input into the system.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Billzo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• The results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Billzo and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated bills or invoices resulting from user-provided data.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Billzo at our sole discretion, without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the platform.
• Failure to pay any applicable fees (if applicable).
• Extended account inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability clauses.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Billzo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
