Billzo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Billzo and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Billzo at our sole discretion, without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability clauses.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Billzo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
